Prepare for Advising
As a Penn State student, you are expected to take responsibility for your educational choices, including choice of major and choice of courses. Academic advisers are available to assist you in educational planning and to help you learn information specific to Penn State. Your responsibility begins on your advising day, but academic advisers will be there to help every step of the way.
In order to prepare for the educational decisions you will make, you must complete the following preparatory assignments:
Complete the Understanding a Penn State Degree interactive module.
Complete and print the Exploring Your Choices preparatory assignment. Bring the completed assignment to your advising day.
