Who Should Attend:

Individuals who participate in or support project teams or are interested in earning associate project management certification.

About This Program:

This is an introduction to the essential elements of project management. Learn about the positive impact of systematic project     management. Participate in organization-wide engagement and commitment to a project-driven culture. Gain an overview of key terms, project management tools, and best practices in various critical phases of project management. Discover how to use project management tools and techniques that contribute to the successful implementation of projects.

Essentials of Project Management - II (CPE 6021)

Who Should Attend:

Individuals who participate in or support project teams; individuals who have completed Essentials of Project Management - Phase I and are responsible for the management of projects or are interested in earning associate project management certification.

About This Program:

This course builds upon Essentials of Project Management - Phase I. Understand core project management phases, including scope definition, project planning, risk management, communication planning, and project closing. Apply key tools and techniques to enhance productivity by practicing the use of key project management tools while exploring benefits and pitfalls.

Learn to:

• understand the project management process.
• discuss success factors.
• use project management tools.

•If two or more individuals from the same company attend, the fee is $215.
