Country music fiddler Chris Higbee, founding member of the Povertyneck Hillbillies, is slated for the 4 p.m. slot on the main stage in the upper parking lot. The three remaining slots are in the process of being finalized.
Other festival events will include food vendors, a motorcycle rally, bed races, children's activities, and an alumni tent.
