Welcome to the Elisabeth S. Blissell Library and Computer Center.

Blissell Library became a government depository library in 2000. The designation means that New Kensington serves to make selected government documents accessible to the citizens of Westmoreland County. Penn State New Kensington is the second library in the county to serve in this capacity. This is the only campus library in the Penn State system, other than University Park, to be so designated.

The entrance to the library can be found on the upper level of this building. The entrance to the computer center is found on the lower level.
