This unique opportunity enables you to showcase your company and/or your vacancies to all the vendors and job seekers who attend.

Employer Registration Information and Form:

We are asking all employers who are interested to register as early as possible.

If you respond by August 31, 2012, you will receive an Early Registration Discount rate of $125.00 which includes an 8ft. table, breakfast and an ad in our program. After August 31, the event registration rate will be $150.00. We also have event sponsorship opportunities which provide an ideal means of attracting people to your table and showcasing your company. Various sponsorship levels are detailed on the registration form.

Returning vendors are given priority as we anticipate filling up fast. New vendor placement priority is based on date received. Red or Blue level sponsors will be given first priority for advertising/placement.

You will be able to set up between 7:30 – 9:00 a.m. on October 4th. Buffet Breakfast and Networking is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Job seekers will be allowed to enter the event area from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m..

Directions and map for parking will be sent to you after registration. Each exhibitor will have a table with cover, chairs, and buffet breakfast for two (2). Please indicate if you need additional breakfasts which are available for $8.00 each. Snacks will be provided throughout the event.

For the Early Registration Discount, please complete the registration/sponsorship form no later than August 31. The final day for employer registration will be Thursday, September 27, 2012. We will invoice you by email after we receive your registration.

We appreciate your continued support of the Alle-Kiski CareerLink, Penn State New Kensington and the Alle-Kiski Valley workforce.

Each company will have one table and two chairs. A buffet breakfast will be provided for two representatives for each company. (Please indicate if you need additional breakfasts; they are available for $8 each.) We will invoice you when we receive your registration.

BLUE RIBBON SPONSOR ($500) -- Includes a full-page program ad, a program listing, table and breakfast for two representatives, recognition as a sponsor in advertising and optimal table placement.

EVENT SPONSOR ONLY ($50) -- Business card sized ad in the program. No event attendance.

We will invoice you when we receive this registration form. Your ad must be in .PDF or .JPG format and needs to be sent to Rick O'Domes at rodomes@pa.gov by Friday, September 28, 2012.
